The Southampton trio – Russell Marsden, Emma Richardson and Matt Hayward – have grafted hard for several years and are only just starting to turn heads.
And they claim too many fledgling bands are putting more emphasis on finding fame fast than writing decent tunes.
After playing a stellar three-song session, drummer Matt said: “People want to take a shortcut to get to a certain point.
