IRINA Shayk looks fit and fabulous on a mag cover as she tells of her love of exercise.

The stunning supermodel shows off her toned curves for the latest issue of Russian GQ, proving that her hard work in the gym has paid off.

Irina, 27, admitted in the magazine that she tries to find a good balance between her love of food and her passion for working out because of her demanding modelling schedule.

And her boyfriend and Real Madrid footballer Cristiano Ronaldo will no doubt be the envy of men everywhere when they catch a glimpse of her fronting the publication dressed in a skimpy cut-out bralet and skin-tight leather hotpants.

She said: “I really do love to work out! My favourites are pilates and running along West Side Highway when I’m in New York. It’s hard though when I travel because I get lazy and I love to eat so I just try to find a good balance.”

And Irina admitted she is hoping to spend some quality time with her family after holidaying with Cristiano recently.

She added: “I just returned from my holiday actually but I am trying to squeeze in one more trip home to Russia to see my grandmothers before summer ends. Nothing is better than going home to family and eating good food and relaxing.”
