Hills star Spencer Pratt

is said to be selling a sex

tape featuring himself and

soon to be ex-wife Heidi

Montag,

Pratt,

27,

is reportedly shopping around at

the moment with what he says is

a sex tape featuring him and

Montag.

The reality TV star has contacted

Vivid Entertainment for a meeting,

according to TMZ.com.

It comes after Montag,

23,

threatened to take legal action

over her estranged husband’s plans

to write a tell-all book about their

relationship –

but she has not mentioned

a sex tape.

Vivid honcho Steven Hirsch

told the entertainment site:

‘I just got off the phone with

Spencer Pratt about a sex tape

with Heidi Montag.

‘We are in early negotiations to

possibly come to terms for a deal.‘

Back in 2007,

Pratt was accused of spreading

rumours that his former Hill’s

co-star Lauren Conrad had filmed

a sex tape with another member

of the reality show,

Jason Wahler,

who denied one existed.

Earlier this week,

Heidi told TMZ in relation

to the tell-all book:

‘This is exactly why I left him,

right now I’m looking into

my legal options.’

Spencer,

27,

earlier revealed he will open

up about his failed marriage

with the reality star and her

relationship with her mother,

Darlene Egelhoff,

in the book.

He told Us Magazine:

‘My last book,

How to be Famous,

didn’t make the New York Times

best-seller list because it was in

the self-help section.

‘This one will be totally different,

I’m not holding anything back.’

The pair are expected to be

officially divorced on Valentine’s

day 2011. 

Heidi first became famous

as Lauren Conrad’s best friend

on MTV reality show The Hills.

They eventually ended up as

enemies after Montag started

dating Pratt,

who didn’t hide his disdain

for Conrad.

The couple’s tumultuous

romance was chronicled

throughout the show.

Spencer first proposed in 2007

but the pair split after he was

caught cosying up with other

women at a nightclub. 

They reconciled soon after and

wed in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico,

in 2009.

The last season of the MTV

reality series also documented

Heidi’s dramatic transformation

after undergoing 10 plastic

surgery procedures in one

day last November.

This week her plastic surgeon

Dr Frank Ryan was killed after

apparently accidentally driving

off a cliff while sending

a text message.
