it’s hard to top the atrocious

Already one of Lady Gaga‘s
weakest singles,
the track isn’t helped by a guest
appearance from Marilyn Manson.

but these club remixes of her hit
singles do the pop phenom no favors.
She’s given the voice of a chipmunk
on “Telephone” and generally has
to compete with far too many
synthesizers on too many of
her strong songs.
A couple of tracks may
play well in a club,
but it’s hard to imagine
listening to them anywhere else.”
