Conjoined twins wait for 

a thorough examination in the 

intensive care unit at the 

Children’s Hospital of 

Hunan Province in Changsha, 

capital of central-south 

China’s Hunan Province, 

March 19, 2009. 

The twins born on March 16 

in Xinhua County of the province 

weigh 4.8 kilograms and are 

connected by abdomen. 

Doctors of the Children’s Hospital 

of Hunan Province would give 

them a thorough examination 

and find a way to do the 

separation surgery.
