MILEY Cyrus makes a splash as she pulls out all the stops to shock in her latest pop video.
The Hannah Montana star sports a see-through top and poses with a freaky-looking doll dressed in fishnet in the We Can’t Stop promo – shortly before she French kisses it.
And the rest of the video sees her romping with women on the floor, grabbing the bottoms of numerous female dancers and writhing around on the bed.
The video begins with the 20-year-old cutting an electronic tag off her ankle and putting in some fake gold teeth.

Dressed in tight white leggings and a bra top, with bright red lipstick, she then points her bum at the camera as she sings, ‘It’s our party we can do what we want.’
She is then seen smacking a buxom pal’s bum before plunging in the pool with partygoers.
