With much anguish Lady Gaga announced on Tuesday that she has had to cancel the rest of her Born This Way Ball tour to undergo emergency surgery.

But a ‘devastated and sad’ Gaga is still doing what she can to give back to her loyal ‘Little Monsters’.

The singer pulled out of her show in Chicago, but after learning that a terminally ill fan had travelled there to see her in concert, set up a meeting.
