He’s made little effort to play nice with his neighbours since buying into his exclusive Los Angeles enclave last year.
And it looks like Justin Bieber’s neighbours are taking action against him.
According to TMZ, the Homeowners Association at the The Oaks in Calabasas, California has issued an edict against an unnamed celebrity ‘who has been wreaking havoc on their streets.’
Last month the 19-year-old was confronted by former NFL star Keyshawn Johnson after he was spotted driving his Ferrari at a startling speed through the gated complex.
Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department officials are said to be investigating the incident, during which they received several complaints about Justin’s behaviour.
Without mentioning the Boyfriend singer by name, the HOA sent out a note to residents addressing a ‘celebrity neighbour who has been wreaking havoc on their streets.’
‘The storyline concerns one of our celebrity residents confronting another celebrity resident over alleged dangerous driving,’ the newsletter continues, urging anyone who sees dangerous activity to call a Sheriff’s department hotline.
However, many home owners believe the HOA have failed to do enough over Justin’s reckless behaviour.
According to the community’s Facebook page there has already been increased police activity within the gates — which some of the neighbours speculate is thanks to an increase in speeding on the normally quiet roads.
The increase in surveillance was approved by the HOA in June in response to the recent uptick in driving related infractions.
