Fox News personality Stacey Dash has once again blasted the BET network for ‘keeping racism alive’ – and called actor Jesse Williams ‘a Hollywood plantation slave.’
The Grey’s Anatomy star earned a standing ovation after he delivered a powerful speech denouncing racism in the United States while accepting the Humanitarian Award at the BET Awards on Sunday night.
But Dash took to her blog to criticize the network and the actor, 34, calling his words ‘an attack on white people’ and saying they came straight out of the ‘Black Lives Matter playbook.’
‘I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: BET is keeping racism and segregation alive and this past Sunday’s awards show proves it,’ she wrote.
