A foreign travel ban on Gary Glitter, the glam rock star convicted of child sex offences in Vietnam, has been lifted leaving him free to go abroad.
Glitter, 67, whose real name is Paul Gadd, spent three years in jail in Vietnam after being convicted of sexually assaulting two girls before being deported to Britain in August 2008.
The disgraced pop star had been sentenced to four months in a UK prison in 1999 for possessing images of child sex abuse.
