BRAD PITT is going from battling zombies in World War Z to the site of an alleged nuclear explosion in Berkshire in his next movie.
He’ll shoot part of new film Fury on Greenham Common – made famous by peace camps outside the US airbase in the Eighties. Campaigners claimed a nuclear accident took place in the area in 1958 but it was never confirmed.
According to the studio, Fury “tells of a crew of Americans in Nazi Germany toward the end of the Second World War who embark on a brave mission”. Brad and the cast, which includes SHIA LaBEOUF, will shoot scenes at Greenham later this year.
It’s no longer an army base, just a park. They should burn bras at the premiere – just like the women did back in the day at Greenham Common.
