A BabYSITTER accused of beheading a 4-year-old girl in her care has claimed “Allah ordered” the killing.
Gyulchekhra Bobokulova, 38, was detained on Monday as she was waving Nastya Meshcheryakova’s severed head outside a Moscow metro station.
As she smiled during a court appearance this morning, it emerged that Bobokulova suffers from schizophrenia and may have had a mystery

In Moscow, a woman was arrested near a metro station on February 29. The woman is suspected of killing a child, whose beheaded body was found in an apartment in the north-west of the city, representatives of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation said.
The woman was arrested near the entrance to Oktyabrskoye Pole metro station.
