Paris train Hero stabbed in cowardly attack

SACRAMENTO (CBS13) — CBS News has learned that France train hero Spencer Stone was stabbed early Thursday morning.
According to the Pentagon, who has confirmed Stone was injured, Spencer is in “stable condition.”
“A1C Spencer Stone has been transported to a local hospital, and is currently being treated for injury. The incident is currently under investigation by local law enforcement. He is currently in stable condition,” a statement from the U.S. Air Force reads.

The mysterious crumbling of one of Britain’s ‘most haunted’ castles is due to angry spirits who objected to the building being turned into flats, paranormal experts believe.

Historic Birkwood Castle, in Lesmahagow, Lanarkshire was formerly used as a psychiatric hospital and is considered among paranormal circles to be one of the UK’s most haunted places.

The dilapidated buildings on the 86-acre estate, which dates back to 1860, are currently being renovated as part of a multi-million project to convert it into a boutique hotel and luxury housing.

Facebook and Twitter are ‘Internet ghettos’ designed to eradicate the open range of independent thought that was once the Internet, according to media pioneer Matt Drudge.

“I don’t know why they’ve been successful in pushing everybody into these little ghettos, these Facebooks, these Tweets, these Instagrams,” Drudge said on The Alex Jones Show. “This is ghetto, this is corporate; they’re taking your energy and you’re getting nothing in return.”

While the Internet started out as a renaissance-style free range of ideas, establishment interests have since corralled Internet users into a handful of social media sites where dangerous groupthink can blossom in favor of the status quo, he pointed out.
