Girgenti claims he had “unprotected vaginal sex” with her in March 2009 at his Glendale, Calif. apartment — at the climax of which he “ejaculated inside [her] vagina” — in court docs filed Thursday, according to reports.

Mayor Bob ‘Filthy’ Filner leaves sex addiction treatment early
August 10, 2013Embattled San Diego Mayor Bob Filner on Friday left therapy sex addiction therapy more than a week early.
Filner’s chief of staff Lee Burdick told 10News that the mayor began his therapy a week earlier than planned due to “intense media coverage,” and as a result had been able to complete the program ahead of schedule. He refused to say when exactly Filner would return to his job as mayor.
