Internet search giant Google is evading privacy settings of Internet Explorer users, claims Microsoft, the computer firm behind the browser.

Dean Hachamovitch, Microsoft’s corporate vice president for Internet Explorer, accused Google in a blog post yesterday and said that the search giant has been contacted and asked to stop the practice.

Mr Hachamovitch explained that it was after reading reports that Google was bypassing the privacy settings on Apple’s Safari browser that the discovery was made.

BATF bone headed gun running scheme exposed

February 21, 2012

It deepened a rift between the US and Mexico over weapons flowing south, caused a major scandal in the Justice Department’s Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF), which hatched the operation in 2009, and appears to have played a role in the murder of a US Border Patrol agent in 2010.

Now Fast and Furious is about to claim another victim. As the Obama administration seeks to stanch the embarrassment and controversy flowing from investigations into the operation, speculation is growing in Washington that the ATF’s acting director will be fired in the coming days.

Guns from Government gringos

February 21, 2012

How in the world are Americans living in the southwest United States supposed to sleep peacefully at night when the U.S. government has given thousands of guns to Mexican drug cartels and continues to leave the border completely wide open? The brutality and viciousness of Mexican drug cartels is almost beyond description, and yet the U.S. government has armed them to the teeth and does next to nothing to stop their incursions into U.S. territory. “Project Gunrunner” was supposed to be a U.S. government initiative to fight the flow of guns into Mexico. Instead, it has now come out that ATF agents were ordered to facilitate the acquisition of thousands of U.S. guns by Mexican drug cartels and then halt surveillance on where those guns where going. One of these operations was known as “Fast and Furious” and the revelations that are now coming out have Congress in an uproar. If the full truth about what has been going on is revealed to the American people it is going to turn Washington D.C. upside down.

February 21, 2012

A snooty fashion expert tried to knock Kate’s look — but actually gave her what we consider to be the highest praise by saying she could appear in The Sun.

Sadie Frost’s daughter Iris commits fashion faux pas

February 21, 2012

Horrified mother Sadie Frost has apologised for her young daughter Iris’s rather rude appearance at London Fashion Week.

The designer’s daughter was seen in the front row of Vivienne Westwood’s show in a cute ‘Love Hearts’ sweetie print dress. But on closer inspection some of the sweets slogans were a bit too fruity.

At first glance it appears to be a sweet dress – very age-appropriate for an 11-year-old. But on closer inspection Iris’s dress was emblazoned with slogans including ‘drop dead’, ‘drink poison’, ‘eat sh*t’ and ‘blow me’.

Sadie tweeted today: ‘I seem to have upset people & am shocked myself about the dress Iris wore to Vivienne Westwoods show. Iris had been bought it as a present.’
