Rocker Bret Michaels
is reportedly awake and
“in good spirits” after
suffering a brain hemorrhage
on Thursday night,
WENN reports
April 25th, 2010.
The Poison frontman, 47,
was recovering at home in
Texas from surgery to remove
his appendix when a blinding
headache prompted him to
check into hospital,
where doctors discovered he
had suffered a subarachnoid
hemorrhage.
He was put in intensive care,
where he underwent tests to
determine the cause
of the bleeding.

.He is now said to
be in critical condition,
“in good spirits”
and “talking”,
according to a new
TMZ.com report.
Michaels,
who is currently starring
in American reality show
Celebrity Apprentice,
has already scrapped a series
of concerts following his
appendectomy earlier
this month.
