For the second day in a row, top-heavy actress LINDSAY LOHAN has been snapped minus her underwear.
The work-shy star donned a see-through black vest to go shopping with girlfriend SAMANTHA RONSONin LA. Classy.
Someone like NICOLE RICHIE might be able to get away with letting it all hang loose,
but exhibitonist Lindsay should know better before they start to fall beside her knees.
