Madonna and Guy Ritchie sleeping in seperate rooms!

MADONNA and GUY RITCHIE
had a romantic three day break together
as fears for their marriage grew —
and slept in SEPARATE rooms,
Gordon Smart reports for
The U.K. Sun June 26th.

The couple left the kids with a nanny

and jetted to Milan, Italy,

at the end of last week.

But while they were there Guy, 39,

spent his time working on a new

commercial with Hollywood star

George Clooney.

.

And Madonna, 49, visited fashion designers

to arrange costumes for her forthcoming tour.

The state of the couple’s marriage has been

questioned since The Sun revealed in March

that they were living in separate beds.

A source close to the couple said of the

Milan trip:

“They had completely separate rooms,

schedules, everything.

.

“It is all very well organized but it’s not

a marriage the way most people understand it.

“They have this attitude like ‘we’re not

really a couple but we’re friends and we

love each other and raise our kids’.

“But the truth is they p*** each other off,

don’t agree on anything, don’t see each

other or live ‘together’ as they did.

“They are like ships passing in the night.”

.

(Fancy hotel they stayed in)

After three days in Milan —

home to the famous La Scala opera house —

Madonna jetted over to New York to

rejoin kids Lourdes, ten, Rocco, six,

and adopted two-year-old David.

.

The source added:

“Most couples would have made the

most of the romantic city but there was

hardly any contact between them.

Madonna quickly flew back to NY

to join her kids.”

.

The Queen of Pop and film director Guy

have hardly seen each other in recent months.

He has been flat out on his new

film Rock’n’Rolla — which he has

been finishing in LA.

.

Guy has also been trying to keep a

plan for a film about Sherlock Holmes

alive while he concentrates on other projects.

Madonna has been frantically preparing for

her Sticky and Sweet world tour as well

as overseeing renovations to her New York pad.

.

She announced new dates yesterday and is

expected to extend the tour into 2009.

.

MADONNA’S countryside retreat has lost

£455,409 in value since January —

making her the A-list celeb hardest

  • hit by Britain’s housing slump.

The estate she owns in Ashcombe, Wilts,

    fell to £10.2million,

    claim property website Zoopla.

    MADONNA and her husband
    GUY RITCHIE may split,
    Chris Beanland reports for
    The U.K. Sun June 24th.

    The couple have been married

for seven years, but are now alleged

    to be openly discussing divorce.

    .

    The relationship between the singer

and her film director hubby has been

    beset with troubles, with intense

    speculation recently about when the

announcement of a split would come.

    .

They tried to put on a show of ‘togetherness’

at Cannes Film Festival last month, but

    photos showed them looking

    pained and distracted.

Madge has previously said in an MTV

    documentary that she

“got married for all the wrong reasons”.

    .

    She added:

“My husband did not turn out to be

everything I imagined him to be..

    I wanted to end everything.”

A friend of the couple told a newspaper

that the two “live like brother and sister

    rather than husband and wife,

and thought it best to call it a day”.

    .

    Madonna’s current world tour ends

on November 29 and the split could

    be formalised after that.

The couple have biological son ROCCO,

    adopted babyDAVID and LOURDES,

    Madonna’s daughter from her previous

    relationship with CARLOS LEON.
