When our reporter visited Tiny, in her 30s, in Watford, Herts, she answered the door in a white PVC nurse’s costume in full view of the dentist’s waiting room.
Our man was taken to an upstairs flat by Tiny, who offered to “show him a good time” before stripping and using a sex toy on herself.Tiny claims she will not have full sex but gives her clients a “sensuous massage”.

But US-born Mr Patacchiola said Tiny was aTHERAPIST and added: “There’s nothing illegal. She’s a sweet girl.”

I am a friend of Tina, she has been a mate of mine for years, we go way back. I warned her about Victor, about how it would look if she worked there, but she insisted that she was making a lot of money at his place and that if anything bad happened he would be there to “protect” her. I told her he was nothing more than a pimp but she would not listen.
I told her to come and work at my place in Ilford but she turned me down
A pitty she did not since Victor ‘shared ‘ her earnings. He has very expensive hobbies, and I know her money has helped to pay for motorbikes and guitars.
She always behaves like a little girl, but she is a woman of forty, so there is no real excuse for her apparent stupidity.

Robert, I do not think you have the right to come on here and slate Victor. I am sure there are a few things in your life you would be ashamed of, should they ever come to light in a national newspaper. What goes around comes around, eh Robert.
Tara, Victor is in no way, shape or form Tiny’s ‘Pimp’. Victor does not ‘share her earnings’ – do you really think he would need to, being a dentist, the 13th highest paid profession? Besides, I am sure that they each ‘share’ a bit of what the other earns, as that is part of being in a relationship.
When all is said and done, this whole affair is between two consenting adults and as Victor has said nothing illegal is going on. Let us not forgot that this article was printed in the Sun – a newspaper renowned for blurring the lines between fact and fiction.

I don’t think you really know Victor that well, just because you are the step father of his two elder sons doesn’t give you the right to put Vic down like that.
