Oleg Yefimov, 50, said he found the bodies strewn across his farm and glimpsed a two-foot creature running from the carnage.
He said: “The thing ripped open the doors to the cages and massacred the rabbits.
“They were all strangled to death. The idea that this could have been done by a man is preposterous.
“I found tracks in the snow of a three-legged creature leading away from the scene.
“This was no dog or man. It was most likely Chupacabra.”
